Order Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, delivery and tracking details with courier partner links will be sent directly to your registered email address, so you can keep an eye on your artwork's journey every step of the way.

Custom Artwork & Preorders
Custom artworks are created especially for you with great patience and love, so they require dedicated creation time before they can be shipped.
The creation time for a custom order is separate from the normal shipping time. Once your artwork is completed and dispatched, the standard applicable shipping duration will begin. Your estimated delivery timeline will be communicated personally with you based on your custom piece.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Sometimes a package may take longer than expected while travelling to you. If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information sent to your email first.
If you're still unsure about where your package is, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'll be happy to help you check the shipment and figure out what happened.
If a package is lost or there is an issue during delivery, I'll do my best to assist you and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the situation.
